China Kingho Xinjiang News (By Wang Longji)  Since February 26, each business division and facility department of Xinjiang Group Coal Chemical Company have sent specialists to Lanzhou, Sichuan, Taiyuan, Shandong, Hunan and etc. to make an in-process inspection on the production of long line equipment such as hydrogenation reactor, PSA absorption tower, coke oven gas compressors, circulating pumps, and to check the implementation process joints by comparing the overall network plan with manufacture, as to control the quality of the key joints.
In order to master the fabrication progress, all business and facility departments adopt such a way: director teaches professional workers and professional workers teach students. They overcame the difficulties of few personnel and heavy tasks and went to equipment factories across the country. During the in-process inspection, fabrication supervisor went to work shops to analyze and inspect the quality throughout each procedure and each production detail. It requires detailed and excellent inspection throughout the vertical welding, material re-inspection, cooling test and UT results, and it requires to urge the improvement in time once problems are found, so as to further ensure the production quality and process schedule of key equipment.
It was learnt that a total value of 1.5 billion Yuan were used on the equipment for the coal utilization projects. It has completed purchasing of 74 items until now and the signed 61 items sums up a contract amount of 640 million Yuan.
