Xinjiang- On June 20, after air separation unit was put into operation, gasification unit B Series 1 # gasifier was successfully ignited again. At 21:00 of June 21, oxygen was successfully introduced into gasification area from air separation workshop. At 18:00 of June 22, oxygen cut-off succeeded. At 15:00 of June 23, the load was successfully raised to rated load 3000Nm³/h and pressure to 4MPa. The gasifier entered into normal operation phase, and the burning gasification torch brightens the entire Kingho Industrial Park aglow, marking the successful one-time commissioning of the company, the completion of Kingho’s 5.5- billion-cubic-meter natural gas phase I project milestone node target and a solid march towards the goal of opening whole process.
    During commissioning process, gasification workshop strictly controlled safety, quality and recognition, and strictly implemented the preparatory work before feeding. During gasification device zone, site operators carefully checked and confirmed whether associated valves and instruments are normal and whether temperature, liquid level, pressure and other parameters are within the normal range; in central control room, the control personnel carefully checked the immediate data of unit operation, promptly resolved the emerging prominent problems, seriously discussed the details of commissioning and implementation plans to ensure the safe and smooth operation of commissioning work. 
    Up to now, 8 furnaces of B Series gasification device all have possessed commissioning conditions. 2 # and 5 # furnaces are in the process of tense preparation. The commissioning work of A series is also well underway. The commissioning of change cooling B series has ended, and change furnace is under nitrogen gas heating-up progress and ready to accept crude coal gas for commissioning. The filling of main pretransformation furnace has been completed and is being further debugged.
    The successful commissioning of gasifier lays a good foundation for the commissioning of other device. Gasification will make persistent efforts, precision deployment and careful operation to ensure the safe and stable operation of gasifier, provide qualified crude coal gas for the follow-up uninterrupted system operation and ensure the successful one-time commissioning of Kingho’s coal gas natural gas project.
