Beijing News of China Kingho (Correspondent Li Wanli) To implement the spirit of the “Notice on Learning and Implementing the Suggestions on Cultivating and Practicing Socialist Core Values Issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee” of CPC Beijing Group Committee, the “Spring Entertainment Sports Activity Competition” for May Day and May Fourth which lasted for a week was jointly held by the CPC Branch of the Group Headquarters and the Labor Union from April 21 to April 25.
    The Competition consisted of 9 activity items and was carried out during lunch break every day. A total of 161 persons participated in the competition and the “crack shot”, “hands and feet”, “shooting expert”, “brave men’s game” and “circle throwing” were very popular among the participants. Li Chuanrui, deputy secretary of the CPC Committee and director of the Chairman’s Office, and Wang Xiaoqiang, deputy secretary of CPC Work Committee and secretary of CPC branch as well participated in the event, pushing the Competition to a new high.
