By the end of 2012, the Group already had tens of thousands of employees worldwide. For gender structure the male employees is 75% and female 25% approximately. For age structure, employees under the age of 35 accounted for 70%, the ones from 36 to 45 years old accounted for 22% of the total number of employees. Employees in management positions with undergraduate degree or above accounted for 80%.
